We’re on a road to nowhere.
A clarkified Kent stands waiting for his train, melted into the pavement. It has finally arrived, but it seems he might be going nowhere fast, and in a hurry.
just in the knick of time.
A behatted figure wastes no time finishing up his burner, down by the trenches. The aqua-blue mist from his spray paint rises lazily into the afternoon sky. he carries on, side-glancing over his shoulders for any stray action, while his heart races with a steady flow.
In the all, an omni present aerial phenomena looks on. It drones without cease, letting out a buzzing dirge.
The drawing of today’s post was inspired by the image found in the book subway art by Henry Chalfant and Martha Cooper. the great SON 1 & REM 1983 with the Illified Donkey kong character in the background. golden era of graffiti, a time of pure freshness.
